Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By booking a cleaning service with SB Soft Cleaners ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all upholstery, mattress, sofa, and couch cleaning services provided in the Seattle–Everett metro area.

Booking: A service appointment is confirmed when we contact you by phone to verify your requested date, time, and service type. Submitting the online booking form is a request, not a guaranteed reservation.

Cancellation: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your appointment) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We will communicate any applicable fee before confirming future bookings.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Pricing is based on the service type and furniture count provided at booking — on-site adjustments may apply if the actual scope differs from what was described.

2. Limitation of Liability

We take care with every item we clean. However, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or diminution in value of furniture or property.

We carry general liability insurance. If you believe damage has occurred during our service, notify us immediately so we can assess the situation promptly.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the courts of King County or Snohomish County, Washington, as appropriate.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
