  • Contact details — your name and phone number (required to give you a quote and schedule service)
  • Email address — if provided, used only to send your quote or appointment confirmation
  • Service details — the type of cleaning you're requesting and any notes you add
  • Optional photos — images of furniture or items you upload through our booking form, used solely to prepare an accurate quote

We do not collect payment information through this website. Payments are handled in person or over the phone.

2. Cookies & Tracking Technology

We use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to improve your browsing experience and analyze how visitors use our site. Specifically, we use:

Analytics Cookies: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous information about how visitors interact with our website, including pages visited, time spent on the site, general geographic location (city/region level), device type, and browser. This data is aggregated and anonymous — it does not identify you personally.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any tracking technology beyond Google Analytics.

Analytics data collected via Google Analytics is used solely to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. This data is never sold to third parties, never used for advertising targeting, and never combined with personal identifying information.

Mobile phone numbers collected through our SMS opt-in form are used only to send appointment confirmations and reminders as described in the SMS section above. This data is never used for advertising or sold to any third party.

4. Data Retention

We retain your contact and service information for up to 24 months to support re-booking. After that period, your information is deleted from our records. Any photos uploaded through the booking form are reviewed for quoting purposes only and are not retained beyond 30 days.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Opt out of data collection (see Google Analytics opt-out above)

California residents: Under CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

6. SMS and Text Message Communications

When you opt in to receive text messages from SB Soft Cleaners through the sign-up form on our website, we collect your name and mobile phone number for the sole purpose of sending you appointment-related text messages. SMS opt-in records (consent date, phone number, and associated appointment) are retained for up to 36 months to support compliance and audit purposes, then securely deleted.

What Messages We Send

By opting in, you may receive the following types of text messages from SB Soft Cleaners:

  • A booking confirmation after you schedule an appointment
  • A reminder message the day before your scheduled cleaning

Message frequency varies.

Your Phone Number is Never Shared or Sold

We do not sell, share, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third parties for their own marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used exclusively to send you the messages described above.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS delivery service provider. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering text messages on our behalf. Twilio acts as a service provider and is not permitted to use your data for any other purpose. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/en-us/legal/privacy.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SB Soft Cleaners does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
  • Emailing us at sbsoftcleaners@gmail.com with your name and phone number and a request to be removed.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to book or receive our cleaning services.

Consent is Not Required

Opting in to receive text messages is completely voluntary. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any of our cleaning services.

7. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you share with us. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store credit card numbers or payment data on our systems.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
